Under a contract with the International Finance Corporation and with a team of experts from the World Bank, NORC is developing recommendations for improving the system of land administration in Nigeria and putting in place a monitoring and evaluation mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of implemented reforms. 

One aspect of the project is to assess progress on development of a modern electronic land information and title registration system.
