In his Saturday July 25, 2009 radio address to the nation, President Obama referred to a study by NORC researchers Jon Gabel, Jeremy Pickreign, and Cheryl Fahlman and colleagues. Obama stated that small businesses pay 18 percent more for coverage than large businesses.
