NORC Senior Fellow Michael J. O'Grady was quoted in an August 5, 2009 story by the Associated Press on the number of uninsured Americans and how that figure greatly impacts the cost of any government health program. O'Grady said there could be serious implications "if we all of a sudden found that instead of 45 million uninsured there are 35 million."
