NORC Senior Vice President Chet Bowie has been selected as a Fellow of the American Statistical Association (ASA). 

Each year, ASA members nominate their peers to receive this honorary title. The ASA By-Laws state that "By the honorary title of Fellow the Association recognizes full members of established reputation who have made outstanding contributions in some aspect of statistical work."

Given annually, this is a great honor as the numbers of recipients are limited to no more than 1/3 of 1% of the ASA membership.
