The Chino Valley Unified School District recently used data from the 2003 Commercial Buildings Energy Comsumption Survey (CBECS) to determine that they need to do some upgrades in order to operate more efficiently.  The story, published in the June 8, 2009 Daily Courier, demonstrates just one use of data from this survey conducted by NORC on behalf of the Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy.
