Data Producers

Benefits Criteria

Below are examples of some of the types of benefits that researchers are encouraged to provide to data producers in exchange for obtaining access to the Data Enclave. When submitting proposals to obtain access to the enclave, researchers are encouraged to provide a summary of the ways in which their proposed research will benefit data producers, for example:

  1. Improve the quality of producers’ data.
  2. Recommend or develop new or improved methods to collect, measure, or tabulate producers’ data.
  3. Recommend new data collection needs.
  4. Develop methods for editing the data.
  5. Leverage producers’ data to assist the analysis of other research programs.
  6. Develop alternate methods and approaches for measuring data producers’ impact.
